【中文摘要】 用玉米芯進(jìn)行了不同配方的栽培猴頭菇試驗(yàn) ,結(jié)果表明 ,玉米芯占 6 5 %和 5 5 %的配方具有發(fā)菌快、菌絲長勢(shì)好 ,子實(shí)體品質(zhì)、產(chǎn)量和生物效率高等優(yōu)點(diǎn) ,是栽培猴頭菇的適宜配方。

【英文摘要】 To gain high yield and high quality fruit bodies of Hericium erinaceus cultivated with corncobs,the experiments of several compositions were conducted.The results showed that using composition three and two to cultivate Hericium erinaceus with 65% and 55% corncobs respectively,the mycelia grew faster and better,the fruit-body quality,yield and biological efficiency were higher.Thus,they were the suitable compositions for the cultivation of Hericium erinaceus.
